Terms of Service

2.1 Binding 12-Month Term. Eminence is a fixed twelve (12) month membership. The term is non-cancelable once approved. The annual price is $15,000 USD, billed as twelve (12) monthly installments of $1,250 USD.

2.2 Auto-Renewal. Membership auto-renews for successive 12-month terms at the then-current annual price unless you disable auto-renewal at least 30 days before the current term ends. Disabling auto-renew does not change your obligation for the current term.

2.3 No Refunds for Current Term. After approval and payment, the current 12-month term is non-cancelable and non-refundable for any reason, including change of mind or lack of use.

2.4 Pre-Approval Refunds. If your application is not approved by Villion, your initial payment will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

2.5 Acknowledgment. By submitting payment, you agree to the 12-month non-cancelable commitment, recurring monthly charges for the full term, and auto-renew unless disabled as described above.

3.1 Application Review. All Eminence membership applications are subject to review and approval by Villion at our sole discretion. Submission of an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

3.3 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for membership.

4.1 Service Availability. Villion provides access to luxury services including but not limited to: private jet bookings, exotic car rentals, yacht charters, hotel reservations, and concierge services. Availability of specific services may vary based on location, season, and demand.

4.2 Third-Party Providers. Many services are provided by third-party vendors. Villion acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of services provided by third parties.

4.3 Discounts & Benefits. Member discounts and benefits are subject to availability and may be modified at Villion's discretion. Specific discount amounts are not guaranteed for any particular booking.

5.1 Recurring Authorization. By enrolling, you authorize Villion to charge your payment method $1,250 USD monthly for the entire 12-month term, and thereafter for each renewal term unless you disable auto-renew at least 30 days before term end.

5.2 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to keep a valid payment method on file for recurring charges.

5.3 Currency. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Failed Payments. If any payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended and late fees may be applied where permitted. All unpaid installments for the current term remain due.

As a Villion member, you agree to:

• Treat all Villion staff, vendors, and service providers with respect
• Not engage in any illegal activities using Villion services
• Not share your membership credentials with non-members
• Not resell or transfer membership benefits
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

7.1 By Villion. Villion may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, misconduct, fraud, or safety reasons. Termination for cause does not cancel the payment obligation for the current term.

7.2 By Member. The current 12-month term is non-cancelable. You may disable auto-renewal for the next term by providing notice at least 30 days before the current term ends. All unpaid installments for the current term remain due.
